Sometimes splitting your big hands up to make two mediocre hands is going to be the difference between you winning the hand and tying the hand. If you tie the hand you get your money back in Pai Gow Poker which is normally what happens most hands. This makes the game a pretty inexpensive game to play because most hands you’re going to tie. If you’re losing most hands then you need to re-look how you’ve been splitting your hands up to see if you can make some adjustments.
